Having a vision of what the finished product will sound like as a whole is often overlooked by the artist, which is why every successful project has a talented producer with a vision behind it.
Working as an engineer gives me the freedom to concentrate on capturing the sounds. Equally comfortable recording at my own studio or an outside facility, I have worked in both large commercial facilities, as well as smaller personal studios all over the US.
Mixing is an art form in itself and requires a specific mindset. Similar to how a producer envisions the finished product before the first note goes down, a good mixer will envision what the mix will sound like ahead of time.

I started composing and songwriting early in my career and eventually became a Warner-Chappell – published songwriter. I have composed for television, ad agencies, production libraries, motion pictures and multimedia projects.
